Dog Days

This is a film I shot as an exercise in my first year of film school. The exercise required to tell a story within one shot without cuts. Amin, probably one of the hardest working directors, caused some excitement at Berlin Airport but eventually he couldn’t be stopped to transport the most crucial prop for the film to England.

For stabilising the camera (JVC GY-HD100E) we used a self-made device which put another 5-6kgs of weight on my arms. It worked quite well. There was no post colour-correction done. I adjusted the colour profile of the camera by crushing the blacks and desaturating the overall image slightly to get this look.
